Refund Policy
The B2B Marketing Association is India’s dedicated industry platform focused on advancing the practice, impact, and leadership of B2B marketing.
Effective Date: February 2, 2026
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all registrations, tickets, sponsorships, and related purchases made for the B2B Marketing Association, managed by AR3 Tech & Business Solutions Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By subscribing to the membership, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. No Refunds
All registrations, ticket purchases, sponsorships, exhibitor bookings, and related fees are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide:
- Refunds
- Partial refunds
- Credits
- Transfers to future events
- Cancellations with reimbursement
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to:
- Personal schedule conflicts
- Travel issues
- Illness or medical reasons
- Visa delays or denials
- Weather conditions
- Changes in plans
- Failure to attend the event
2. Membership Transfers
We reserve the right to approve or deny transfer requests.
3. Event Changes or Cancellation by Organizer
- Modify the event agenda, speakers, or schedule
- Change venue or format (including virtual or hybrid)
- Postpone or reschedule the event
- Event credit, or
- Ticket transfer to a future event
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, public health concerns, labor disputes, or other force majeure events. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
